Our products and services, such as, machining, fabrication,
stamping, tooling, engineering, and manufacturing of special machinery are what make
Technicraft a dedicated and customer service oriented company.
Our facility is located on one and a half acres in Lawrenceburg,
TN. We have 17,000 square feet of heated/air conditioned floor space with a
16 foot overhead and crane. Two conference rooms and extra office
space are available to discuss
your project.
Our plant is outfitted with a precision machine shop.
A complete fabrication and stamping department, includes both metal finishing and
assembly facitities.
We have the capabilities to produce precision machined
components, close tolerance sheet metal assemblies, complex weldments, and high volume
stampings.
Our personnel are well trained and experienced
in programmable logic controllers, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components to
automate processes, as well as, tool and die work and stamping. We have many years'
experience in working with exotic materials, structural steels, aluminum, stainless
steels, titanium, and polymers.
Tool design, prototype development, machine design, and
manufacturing methods are all handled in house by our engineering staff.
Many of our projects begin with an on-site visit by one of our
engineering staff to help determine your exact needs. We often
conclude a project with an on-site installation at the customer's facility.
The final line at Technicraft is Quality. We
have developed and utilize a quality control system which has been approved by many
government agencies and accepted by private industry as excellent. Our system
includes provisions for material control, welder certification, pre-production process
approval, and calibration of instruments.
